About Us

Hello! I am Diana Hammons, my husband Chad and I are the owners of H&H Mercantile. Both my husband and I are Texas born and raised, as a matter of fact I was the New Years baby of Beeville in '74. I've been have been married to the same amazing man for 29 yrs. We have two amazing and handsome boys...well, actually grown men, and we look forward to one day being grandparents!  But for now we have two incredibly cute and entertaining dogs.

I've always had a crafty vibe and wanted to try my hand at soap making. I fell in love with making my own all natural soaps, thus was born H&H Mercantile. I have always had the drive to put my heart and passion into every project I create, probably to the point at times of driving my family crazy haha! They are quite used to my creative craziness and are very supportive whether cheering me on or putting in a lot of hours (thanks babe!) to help me pursue my dreams and passions.

We are currently getting our vintage camper, aka Betsy, ready to bring you quality products whether it is our small batch cold process soaps, beautiful and colorful imported Turkish towels, fair trade items, or other quality handmade items.
